The groomer needs to be out on all trails during the upcoming mild weather and then the trails will freeze hard and flat. I was out on the trails all weekend and didn't see the groomer or evidence that it had been out.

i just want to say that the orageville snowmobile club does a great job and to the you people that are complaining about the groomer my word of advice is shut up and go riding. our winters are getting shortter and we need to stop spending time complaining and start spending more time riding
thank you

Glad to hear that the grommer is out and working. It would be really nice if the trails that has not been grommmed at all this year, were maybe put ahead of the others(eg. B109). This is inter-provincial trail and should be top priority, although the railline keeps you busy as we know. Rider's in the West End of your district are really getting tired of the East always getting serviced first and better. "WE ALL PAY THE SAME MONEY TO RIDE!" Trails along Hyw.9 have always been a problem to get the grommer thru for the first time, and we have done it in even worse condition in the past. Even if not passable this trail should at least be grommed even if the grommer has to road run along the bad spots!

The groomer that weighs many thousand pounds would get stuck in the simplest mud whole. Just remember that it is made for snow, not mud. Not all of the wet holes show up from our sleds. From my experience there are at least a three or four holes along 9. Some I have even marked out so we will not get the groomer stuck there again. I live out in the 5th line area and I can say that it is too wet for the groomer. The water is up to ground level and I don't think that you want to see it stuck. The tow out and repair (You never know) would be expensive. All money that comes from our permit dollars. If you have any suggestions on how we can do it any better please come out to a meeting. We would like to meet you all and hear your honest opinions. The third Monday of every month at LARRY"S Hope to see you there.
